Gold identifies athletes by athlete_id only — no names are read, so no personal data reaches this device. Point each ID at one of your athletes once; the link is remembered.

Units are applied as they come, never silently rescaled; direction stays owned by the scale library, never seeded from Gold. Both are reported so you can decide which side is wrong.

Append-only — existing dates kept
A date already in a tracker is left alone, so a value corrected in Gold will NOT replace a session you already imported — delete it locally first, then re-apply.

athlete_id only
dim_athlete is never opened. Names stay the ones you typed in Adaptd.
